subscription at no extra cost.
Each subscription offers you Premium Support and Update Protection for a particular Noemax
product. These enable you to receive technical support for an unlimited number of issues and to download all versions released while your subscription is
active.
When your subscription expires, you can order
a Subscription Renewal or a New Subscription.
Premium Support
Premium Support offers you priority technical support for an unlimited number of issues. Whether you need assistance, want to report a problem or would like to
request new functionality, Premium Support is there
for you.
By improving your understanding of the available technologies, how
they affect your design and how to make best use of them, Premium Support helps
you make more informed decisions and provides you with valuable assistance in
building better systems.

Upgrade Protection
Upgrade Protection entitles you to download the latest versions of the product you are subscribed to,
including minor updates and major upgrades, as well as any of its previous versions that are available in the archives.
Free access to all releases ensures that you can maintain
your software up-to-date and never miss the newest features.

Initial subscriptions
All commercial Noemax products include an initial subscription at no extra cost. For the Professional editions the
duration of the included initial subscription is six months, for the Enterprise editions it is twelve months.

You can extend your subscription by ordering a Subscription Renewal or a New Subscription, depending on the
expiration date of your previous subscription.
Subscription Renewals
A Subscription Renewal extends your previous subscription by twelve months. The starting date of a Subscription Renewal will always be the expiration date
of your previous subscription, irrespective of the date you purchase or register the Subscription Renewal. Subscription Renewals are intended to be used either before or soon after
your previous subscription expires.
A separate Subscription Renewal is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a Subscription Renewal for the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.

New Subscriptions
A New Subscription has a duration of twelve months and is not associated with the expiration date of your previous subscription. The starting date of a New
Subscription will always be the date you register it, irrespective of the date you purchase the New Subscription or the date your previous subscription expires. New Subscriptions
are preferred if your previous subscription expired more than a few months ago.
A separate New Subscription is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a New Subscription for the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.
