We know that support and maintenance are very important to you, so every Noemax product that you purchase includes an initial
subscription at no extra cost.
A subscription provides you with Premium Support and Upgrade Protection while your subscription is active. When your
subscription expires, you can order a Subscription Renewal or New Subscription from the Noemax
online store.
Premium Support
Premium Support offers you technical support for an unlimited number of issues. Whether you need assistance, want to report a problem or would like to
request new functionality, Premium Support is there
for you.
By improving your understanding of the available technologies, how they affect your design and how to make best
use of them, Premium Support can also provide you with valuable assistance in building better systems and help you make more
informed decisions.
Upgrade Protection
Upgrade Protection entitles you to freely download the latest versions of the product you are subscribed to during the term of your
subscription.
Free access to all releases, including minor updates and major upgrades, ensures that you can maintain the
products that you use up-to-date and never
miss its newest functionality.
Initial subscriptions
All commercial Noemax products include an initial subscription at no extra cost. For the Professional editions the
duration of the included initial subscription is six months, for the Enterprise editions it is twelve months.
You can extend your subscription by ordering a Subscription Renewal or a New Subscription, depending on the
expiration date of your previous subscription.
Subscription Renewals
If your previous subscription is about to expire or expired up to three months ago, you can order a Subscription
Renewal that will add another twelve months to your previous subscription. The starting date of the Subscription Renewal will be
the expiration date of your previous subscription, irrespective of the date you register the Subscription Renewal.
A separate Subscription Renewal is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a Subscription Renewal for the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.
New Subscriptions
If your previous subscription expired more than three months ago, you can order a New Subscription. A New Subscription
also has a duration of twelve months but its starting date will be the date you register it, irrespective of the date your
previous subscription expired.
A separate New Subscription is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a New Subscription for the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.
