Subscriptions offer you Premium Support and Upgrade Protection, enabling you to request technical support for an unlimited number of issues and to download all
minor and major releases of the products you are subscribed to.
We understand that support and maintenance are especially important when using a product for the first time, so every new license that you purchase includes an initial subscription at no extra cost.
To continue enjoying the same benefits when your initial subscription expires, you can

Premium Support

Upgrade Protection
Upgrade Protection entitles you to download all versions of the products you are subscribed to, including not only minor updates but also any major upgrades
released while your subscription is active. Additionally, it enables you to retrieve older versions that are available in the archives. Free access to all versions ensures that you can maintain
your software up-to-date and never miss the latest features.

Initial subscriptions
All commercial Noemax products include an initial subscription at no extra cost. For the Professional editions the
duration of the included initial subscription is six months, for the Enterprise editions it is twelve months.

You can continue your initial subscription by purchasing a Subscription Renewal or a New Subscription, depending on the
expiration date of your initial subscription.
Subscription Renewals
A Subscription Renewal extends your previous subscription by twelve months provided that you register it up to three months after the expiration
date of your previous subscription. The starting date of your Subscription Renewal will always be the expiration date of your previous subscription, irrespective of the date you register the Subscription Renewal.
If you register a Subscription Renewal before your previous subscription expires, you will receive an extra two months of subscription for free. For example:

If your previous subscription is to expire on June 6, 2012 and you register a Subscription Renewal today May 22, 2012, your previous subscription will
be extended by fourteen months (twelve months plus two free months for early renewal) and its new expiration date will be August 6, 2013.

If your previous subscription expired on May 12, 2012 and you register a Subscription Renewal today May 22, 2012, your previous subscription will be extended
by twelve months and its new expiration date will be May 12, 2013.
A separate Subscription Renewal is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a Subscription Renewal for the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.

New Subscriptions
A New Subscription starts a new twelve month subscription that is not associated with the expiration date of your previous subscription. It is
intended to be used when your previous subscription expired more than three months ago. The starting date of a New
Subscription will always be the date you register it, irrespective of the date your previous subscription expired.
For example, if your previous subscription expired on September 1, 2011 and you register a New Subscription today May 22, 2012, your new twelve month subscription will
be activated today and its expiration date will be May 22, 2013.
A separate New Subscription is needed for each license that you own. Please ensure
that you select a New Subscription to the same product and edition as the one that you have licensed.
