Ordering Information

You can place your order online, over the phone or by sending a fax. The available payment methods are credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, check and postal money order. We also accept purchase orders and we can send you a written quote.

How to place your order

You can place your order online, over the phone, or by sending a fax.

Online

  1. Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
  2. Enter your Customer Information. The license and the invoice will be issued to the person or company that you specify here.
  3. Enter any Additional Information that you are asked for. This step will be skipped for some payment methods.
  4. Finally, Review and Submit your order.

Over the phone

  1. Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
  2. Enter your Customer Information, but don't proceed to the next page. This information will be needed by Customer Service.
  3. Call one of the following Customer Service numbers and ask for this order to be placed:

By sending a fax

  1. Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
  2. The Customer Information page appears next. Click the "Order by Fax" link which appears near the bottom of that page and follow the instructions that will be presented to you.

Payment methods

You can pay using a credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, check or postal money order. All payment methods are available irrespective of how you place your order (online, over the phone or by sending a fax). You will be asked to specify the payment method during the ordering process.

Credit card

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
  • Note that the charge will appear as "WWW.ELEMENT5INFO.COM" on your statement.

Wire transfer

  • You may transfer funds to a bank account in Germany, France, UK, Finland, Sweden, Norway or Japan, depending on which is the most convenient for you. All transfer fees must be paid by you.
  • Customers from Germany with online banking can transfer the funds directly when ordering online. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
  • After you submit your order, the necessary instructions will be provided to you.

PayPal

  • PayPal payments are accepted in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and JPY. All other currencies are converted to euros, which might create additional costs for you.
  • If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's Web site. You can then sign in PayPal as usual or set up a new PayPal account to pay for your order.
  • During the payment process at PayPal, all information will be exchanged in encrypted format exclusively between you as the account holder and PayPal's Web site.
  • After the PayPal transaction has been successfully completed, you will be returned to our ordering process.

Check or postal money order

  • Personal, business and Cashier's checks are accepted. Note that personal checks might be held for up to 10 business days.
  • Postal money orders must be in USD and drawn on an US bank.

  • After you submit your order, the necessary instructions will be provided to you.

Changing the currency

On the Buy Now page, the prices are displayed in US Dollars. To select a different currency, check the items to purchase and then press the "Place Your Order" button to proceed. At the top of the Customer Information page that appears next you can change the currency in which prices are shown, while at the bottom of the Customer Information page you can change the currency in which you will be billed. Note that these two currencies can be different; for example, you can chose to view prices in Yen, but prefer to pay in Euros.

Entering a coupon code

If you have a coupon code that offers you a discount, enter it in the "Your coupon code" field towards the bottom of the Customer Information page. This is the first page that appears after the Buy Now page. Before submitting the order, you will have the opportunity to review the prices after the discount is applied. Only one coupon may be used per order.

Applicable tax

During the ordering process, tax might be added to your order. Before submitting your order you will have the opportunity to review the total cost including any applicable tax. Purchase orders are free of sales tax and VAT.

Receiving your invoice

Your invoice will be e-mailed to you as a PDF file. Please use the freely available Adobe Reader to print the PDF file and store it in your records for future reference.

Receiving your keys

At the end of the ordering process, an e-mail will be sent to you containing a unique license key or subscription key for each individual item you have ordered. If you don't receive your keys within 24 hours after the successful completion of your order, please contact Sales.

Registering your keys

You must register your keys as soon as you receive them. Once you do so, you will be able to download the software that you have licensed and to request premium support for it. Click one of the following links to go to the corresponding registration page:

Downloading the software

All products are provided in electronic form. To download the licensed software you must first register the license key or subscription key that will be e-mailed to you at the end of the ordering process. Security and privacy

Noemax has contracted Digital River to resell Noemax products and services through its element 5 service. Digital River is a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions for software technology.

The parts of the Noemax online store where orders are placed, customer service is provided, and in general all pages that originate from any Digital River Web site, are operated and supported by Digital River and are under its sole, direct and independent control. Any information entered in those pages is sent directly to Digital River, without any intervention by Noemax. Credit card information and other payment details are never provided by Digital River to Noemax.

Worldwide availability

The Noemax online store is open 24x7 to customers all over the world. Prices are the same irrespective of the country that you are located in, only the applicable tax might differ.

Due to export restrictions, Noemax products are not available and may not be exported to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.
