You can place your order online, over the phone, or send it by fax. The available payment methods are
credit or debit card, PayPal, bank or wire transfer, check or postal money order, and cash. We also accept
purchase orders and can send you a written quote.
Payment methods
You can pay using a credit or debit card, PayPal, bank or wire transfer, check or postal money order, or send cash. All payment methods are available irrespective of how you
place your order (online,
over the phone or by sending a fax). You will be
asked to specify the payment method during the ordering process.
Credit or debit card
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards are accepted. Maestro and
Solo debit cards that have been issued in the UK are also accepted.
- Note that the charge will appear as "WWW.ELEMENT5INFO.COM" on your statement.
PayPal
- PayPal payments are currently only accepted in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and JPY.
- If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's Web site. You can then log in
to PayPal as usual or set up a new PayPal account to pay for your order.
- During the payment process at PayPal, all information will be exchanged in encrypted format exclusively between you as the account
holder and PayPal's Web site.
- After the PayPal transaction has been successfully completed, you will be returned to our ordering process.
Bank or wire transfer
- You may transfer funds to a bank account in Germany, France, UK, Finland or Japan, depending on which is most convenient for you. Any transfer fees charged by your bank must be paid by you.
- Customers from Germany with online banking can transfer the funds directly when ordering online. Online wire transfers are processed immediately. Further information is provided in the
ordering process.
- After you submit your order, the necessary instructions will be provided to you.
Check or postal money order
- Personal, business and Cashier's checks are accepted. Note that personal checks might be held for up to 10 business days.
- After you submit your order, the necessary instructions will be provided to you.
Cash
- If you cannot use any of the above payment methods, you can send cash by mail.
- After you submit your order, the necessary instructions will be provided to you.
Placing your order
You can place your order online, over the phone, or by sending
a fax. Once your order is complete, it will appear in the
Customer Care Center.
Online
- Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
- Enter the Customer Information. The license and the invoice will be issued to the person or company that you specify here.
- Enter any Additional Information that you are asked for. This step will be skipped for some payment methods.
- Finally, Review and Submit your order.
Over the phone
- Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
- Enter the Customer Information, but don't proceed to the next page. This information will be needed by Customer Service.
- Call Customer Service and ask for this order to be placed.
By sending a fax
- Go to Buy Now, check the items to purchase and press any of the "Place Your Order" buttons.
- Click on the "Order by Fax" link which appears near the bottom of the Customer Information page
that appears next and follow the instructions that will be presented to you.
Changing the currency
On the Buy Now page, the prices are displayed in US Dollars. To select a different currency, check the items to purchase and
then press
the "Place Your Order" button to proceed. At the top of the
Customer Information page
that appears next you can change the currency in which prices are shown, while at the bottom you can change the currency in which you will be
billed. Note that these two currencies can be different; for example, you can chose to view prices in Yen, but prefer
to pay in Euros.

Entering a coupon
If you have a coupon that offers you a discount, enter its code in the "Your coupon code" field towards the bottom of the Customer Information
page. Before finally submitting the order, you will have the opportunity to review the prices after the discount is applied.
Only one coupon may be used per order.
Applicable taxes
Value Added Tax might be charged to purchases made within the European Union. No other taxes are charged. Specifically, if the purchase is made by:
- A company or individual outside the EU, no VAT is charged.
- A company within the EU, no VAT is charged if a valid VAT ID is provided and the company is not located in
Germany, otherwise the German VAT rate is charged.
- An individual within the EU, the German VAT rate is charged.
Before finally submitting the order, you will have the opportunity to review the prices including any applicable
VAT.

Receiving your invoice
Once payment is received, an e-mail will be sent to you containing the payment details and the invoice. Please use
Adobe Reader (freely available
here)
to print the attached PDF file and store it in your records for future reference.
When you pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, or online wire transfer, you are also able to print the invoice directly from the last page of the
ordering process.
If you have lost your invoice, you can find a copy of it in the Customer Care
Center.
Receiving your license key
Shortly after receiving the e-mail with the payment details and the invoice, you will receive another e-mail with
your license key.
You must register your license key in
Your Account within 30 days of receiving it.
Once you do so,
you will be able to download the products that you have purchased and to receive support for them.
When you pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, or online wire transfer, your invoice and license key are e-mailed to you almost instantly. If you haven't received them after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.
If you have lost your license key, you can find a copy of it in the Customer Care
Center.
Downloading your software
All items are available in electronic form. To download the products that you have purchased and to receive
support for them, you must register
your license key in Your Account within 30
days of receiving it.
An initial subscription is included with every purchase of a Noemax product. During the
subscription's period you may download all new releases of that product, including any
major upgrades. A subscription can be renewed at any time, but the starting date of the new subscription
will always be the expiration date of the previous subscription being renewed.

If the needs of your organization are not covered by the available types of licenses, please contact us
to request a different licensing arrangement.

Noemax has contracted element 5, a
Digital River company, to resell its products and services. The parts
of the Online Store where orders
are placed, customer service is provided, and in general any pages that originate from any element 5 Web site, are operated and
supported by element 5 and are under its sole, direct and independent control. Read the element 5

Privacy Statement and
Terms and Conditions.
Any information entered in those pages is sent directly to element 5, without any intervention by Noemax. Credit
card information and other payment details are not provided by element 5 to Noemax. Worldwide availability
The Online Store is open 24x7 to customers from anywhere in the world. Prices are the same irrespective of
the country that you are located in, only the applicable taxes
might differ. For certain destinations, products containing cryptographic functionality might require an export license.
