Products that do not contain cryptographic functionality do not require an export license and may be downloaded to any country in the world without restriction.
Products that contain cryptographic functionality are subject to government export controls, as required by the Wassennaar Arrangement. Noemax
has obtained a general export license that permits the export of such products to customers
located in any of the 39 countries listed in the following table. Downloading to most other countries is also permitted, please
contact us before placing your order.

contact us before placing your order and
inquire whether an export license is needed. If an export license is indeed needed, Noemax will quickly apply for it at no expense to you.

When you try to access the download page of a Noemax product that contains cryptographic functionality, we use the IP address of your computer to determine the country in which you are located. If that country is the one you specified when purchasing the
product or one of the above countries, the download page is displayed. Otherwise a message is displayed explaining why you cannot download to that country.
